When your PC is booting, access BIOS by hitting Delete Key or whatever the BM advises at the very first screen flicker. Hit PAUSE key on the keyboard. The MB serial # should be at the bottom. If it boots too fast change BIOS from QUICK BOOT to Slow BOOT. This enables you to see all self test and boot scroll. Anyway, at the very first flicker, hit the pause button on your keyboard. At the bottom of the boot screen should be your motherboard's serial number.
