WILL NOT START SHOWS "F" FAULT Water on floor by water inlet connection .There is a permanent motor running Pump Motor??

EI means that there is a water inlet problem, but since you have mentioned water was coming into the machine fine and all the hoses are ok it should be the motor that had died and therefore could not pump the water around the machine .If your machine is about as old as 3 years then perhaps that is the life span of the motor. I had the same problem with my unit. The manual tells you to disconnect the water intake at the machine and clean the screen. This wasn't my problem because as you said the problem doesn't occur until the Rinse cycle which means there is water supply to start the Wash cycle.

From the back of the unit, remove the three screws and take of the lid. You'll notice that there are three separate motors do pump water inside the machine at the water intake. When standing in front of the machine, the motor on the right controls the rinse cycle. I connected an AC volt meter to that pump and started the rinse cycle. 240v showed up at the pump, but the water flow was poor. I simply squished up and down the rubber hose connecting this motor to the detergent unit and was unable to free the clog and water began to flow.
