Your video is integrated on the motherboard, and cannot be changed. The most you can do is check for updated graphics drivers from ATI or Dell.

You may be able to change the amount of shared ram allocated to the video card in the laptop's BIOS, but since the card is built into the mainboard, it cannot be upgraded.

Graphics card upgrade on Acer Extensa 5230E-901G16Mn laptop

Unfortunately, laptops are generally locked down in terms of graphics cards. The GPU is integrated into the laptop mainboard due to space constraints.

Your only option if tied down to a laptop for any reason would be to purchase a more recent laptop with a specific graphics card in it.

Any discrete (NVIDIA or ATI) graphics card that was manufactured after 2008 should be sufficient to run most games.

If you're looking to play games on more intense graphic settings, your best bet would be to look for laptops with the NVIDIA GeForce 9600M/240M or better, or the ATI Mobility Radeon 4600/5400 or better. Either brand with at least 512 MB of video RAM will work well.

Question about graphics cards of Dell Latitude C610 laptops

Actually, the Dell Latitude C610 is one of those rare cases where the video card can be remove. It is a separate chip. I know because I'm looking at it right now. The only problem with upgrading is actually finding a video that actually fits and it better than the 16MB stock card.

Ati video driver

You're ATI video card has software called VPU recovery. You can shut that off in you're display properties. Suggest you upgrade you're current display drivers. If you are running Windows XP any version, than click on the link below & download the latest driver combo for you're notebook. Creat a folder on you're desktop & save the download into that folder.
After the download is complete, open add/remove programs & uninstall the older driver software. (Do not restart you're notebook)! Install the new driver combo. Than restart you're notebook.
ATI mobility radeon driver link. Choose the correct card.

COD4 has some high requirements, while not impossible to play on a laptop it may be taxing to one with a ATI Mobile series video card. Being there is no way to upgrade most Laptops video cards the only thing you can do is download the latest drivers from http://ati.amd.com

Have new laptop fujitsu/siemens with ATI xpress 200m graphic not integrated

Most likely not. Only high end boutique gaming notebooks are sometimes candidates for video card upgrades and it's usually quite costly. The video card makers are working on external solutions for notebook that may be available sometime this year. You would have to can in contact with Fujitsu to see if that have any options for you but I don't expect any.
