You can remove them from the inside.after you remove two screws.(one from each side of the element) pull it out slowly so that you dont disconnect wires from the element. if wires disconnect then you have to pull ou the oven and unscrew back panel to reattach the after you install the new element.

most likely the element needs replacing, check for arcing holes, melted spots. check fuses, normaly under cover at top of stove. element is easy to replace(a few screws), unplug stove when doing so.

Replace top burner outer coil not heating

Hi- There are a few on either side of the control panel assembly, under the covers. They like to hide them. Some models have connectors for the wiring harness to top, so you can remove whole assy. to work on it. Helps to have somebody hold top while plugging/unplugging though. Pay close attention to which wires go where when replacing element.  Let me know if this info helps- have more if ya get stuck! Thanks- Ed

Gemini MER6769BAW Range/Dual Ovens

depending on type of unit. most of the time they are very easy to change out.. look at element locate two screws. go shut off breaker to oven.. make sure its has no power. after removing screws element should come out fairly easy.. make sure not to let wires fall back inside unit. if so not to worry. just pull unit out from wall and remove back panel. push wire back through. hope this helps
