Glofiish x500 stopped working

This glofiish was working fine the first 24 hours I had it. Then when I tried to dial my cell phone provider to put talk time on the phone it locked. For several hours the screen stayed the same with the time never changing. Then I tried to turn it off...without result, then I tried to reset it...it went dark and will not come on again. When put on charge a solid green light comes on. When the reset button is pushed a red light flashes until you stop pushing on the reset, and it goes back to the solid green. This happens when disconnect from charge, or connected.
