You need to go to the control panel and to add/remove programs and remove all programs that say anything about virus, adware, spyware or registry issues. Reboot your system

Then just try symmetric anti-virus full version and update it.
it will remove all spyware,malware,virus.........................

When i start my pc all scrolling task automatically happend. e.g. while whaching movie volume get's automatically low & high. While viewing any web page page get's scroll up & down automatically. I done everything format pc,scan pc with lattest 3 antivirus, scan pc with spyware removel everything. PLEASE GIVE ME SOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM

You should install a good antivirus that has with it a email scanner too. mostly All of them have it so I wonder how you get so many viruses .You should update your antivirus with latest virus definitions .
