I have a DVD825 model player that does not recognize a DVD to play. I have tried several discs, all in good condition, and the same error pops up saying "No Disc." Yes, it is inserted correctly with the disc label pointing up. No, there is no foreign object in the unit. Yes, it is plugged in with cables properly attached. It was functioning properly for a year and all of a sudden just the DVD portion has stopped working. There have been no power surges present either.

Can you offer some advice, please?
