I can't see an option to "move to SIM", where on the address book will I find it?

Same problem. All my contacts are in the phone not on the SIM. The phone allows me to copy all contacts from SIM to phone but not vice versa. Useless software Samsung - thanks. Wonder if anyone has found a solution to this yet?

Same problem! I think it's because you can have so much detail in the contacts when saved on the phone, but the SIM only holds basic name & number information!

Completely rubbish that you can't at least save basic details back to SIM though!

Solved my own problem. It was dead easy - so long as you own a Mac (sorry PC users). Just used a free application called iSync, that comes with all macs (its in the apps folder). Synched all my contacts with the D600 easily.
Then downloaded a free script to sync my new Nokia 6301 with iSync as well. Bingo - all contacts copied. Plus - I can now regularly sync my phone with my address book, which is kept on my mac.
6301 script from here:

I need to copy the contact list from Samsung phone memory to the

you need a third party program to do this, look for the application like pim back up, contacts backup and download it from your phone to install, run the program and back up the contacts. but you need to install this program to both phones.
hence if you cannot find one, use your sim card's utility. copy the contacts to your sim, insert it to your blackberry and copy the contacts from your sim to your blackberry.
i am afraid there is still no way you can back up your contact list in your samsung phone to your memory card. even if you use your samsung studio or samsung pc suite, there is no possible way to copy the save phonebook contacts to your blackberry, they have different file extensions. you can save your samsung contacts as npf, csv, or vcard extensions. you can save your contacts to your memory card as csv or vcard, but i just don't know if blackberry has the capability to browse and save the contacts in this file extension from your memory card.
so the only possible way is to back it up using your studio as vcard, and since blackberry can sync to outlook, you can sync your phone book contacts from outlook to your blackberry..
take care..

Go into your main menu, phonebook, the last option is Management. Select Default Saving, and there's your options for saving new contacts to your phone or SIM card.
