Question about Saeco Incanto Classic Espresso Machine
I tied to make descaling according the instruction, but descaling continuously running without stoping and emptied all water tank without any warning. I can not reset by switching off and taking out power cord. When switch on machine again, it continue to make descaaling process. Is there any solution to reset machine ?
I had the same problem, but running through water again again didn't help. After filling about four times, I concluded it was due to the magnetic switch that measures water level not kicking in at the right time (this is mentioned in other threads); I took the water tank off and placed a small magnet near the presumed location of the magneftic switch (adjacent to the the magnetic float in the water tank) and the unit immediately finished rinsing

Fille the water tank and let it continue. It will stop before the next tank runs out
