Can't find m/n v-ubg35 webcam driver for windows 7 64 bit

Click start control panel view devices and printers you should see your webcam from there if you are have trouble with your webcam Click start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll down image devices you could see a yellow question mark? right click to reinstall drivers or update driver xp Click start right click on computer select properties device manager scroll to image devices expand right click to update driver in W7 http://download.cnet.com/2000-20_4.html on the home page you should see a search tab just type in what you are looking for IE: webcam name webcam driver you might have to try a few times to get it right software if you dont have the driver you will need to download one here rather doing a driver hunt which can take hours http://download.cnet.com/slimdrivers-free/3000-18513_4-75279940.html Windows XP/Vista/7/8 It might take some time being a freeware driver solution note: it will find all of your outdated drivers this is a free driver solutions This will automatically search for and find the correct driver you will have to update every driver individually once you update you might be asked whether you want to restart or make a system restore point click no to both of these then continue updating each driver free then restart once all of the drivers have been updated Some webcams and programs require additional software, although that should be installed with the webcam if things are right. But is does not harm to check if your Java, Flash and Quicktime software are installed and up to date. But certainly check your DirectX software, since all video applications, including webcams, use DirectX for video processing. Try downloading the latest DirectX version and install it (Windows XP: DirectX 9.0c - Windows Vista: DirectX 10). http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Which-version-of-DirectX-is-on-your-computer Hope this helps.

I have a veo stingray connect/webcam but it will not run on my dell inspiron 1545 laptop

I hate it soo bad when I get new hardware and it doesn't work right. WebCams for some reason can be the worst! I am going to assume your computer is running Windows 7 Home premium as that is the standard with this model.

First, download the drivers from this site:
http://www.bioticaindia.com/veo-stingray-330vb39c.html

DO NOT PLUG IN YOUR CAM ... in fact, if you have already tried this once, make sure you have completely removed/uninstalled the driver files from your system. Run a registry cleaner (ccleaner is awesome and free) and reboot your system.

WITHOUT plugging in your cam, right click on the driver file for the camera and select "Properties"

on the top of the window which opens, select the tab which says "COMPATIBILITY"

Check the box next to "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and scroll the options to Windows Vista Service Pack 2

NEXT select the option at the bottom of the properties box which says"RUN THIS PROGRAM AS ADMINISTRATOR"

Close the properties box and double click the driver file to initialize the driver installation.

Plug the Web Cam in as prompted.

Try using Skype, Yahoo Messenger or (free) Easy Web Cam to test your camera. It should work. If the Vista settings fail to make the camera work in Windows 7, try the same steps but use compatibility mode for Windows XP Service Pack 3.

Hope this helps Fix Ya! If you were able to solve the problem with these instructions, share the love and rate up this support with positive feedback and a testimonial. Santa will be watching!

HP Deluxe Webcam w/ Vista Home Premium 32Bit - Has Sound No Video

Test your webcam here to make sure it broadcasts ok - Hit 'Allow' in the top window and check your cam in the left hand panel.

http://www.testmycam.com/

No luck ? download this diagnostic tool and run it through

http://www.download32.com/webcam-diagnostics-d35065.html

Don't worry about the first alert - I always get that.

Webcams run on support software some on flashplayer some shockwave player and some Activex - so make sure these are in place and up to date - check the support software against the machine the webcam works in.

The USB port you are using needs to be checked out as well

Webcam software is notorious for getting locked on to programs that you have been using - I often have to reboot my software by unplugging the cam for a couple of seconds when changing from Skype to Yahoo for example

If the software in the Imaging folder is not being used you could uninstall it in case you have a conflict.

Have you tried to update the driver from the Device Manager ? expand the folder and click on the webcam text - update driver using internet option.
Please post any feedback that may be useful to other users

Haveing trouble installing logitech quick cam onto my comuptor thats running windows vista

This problem was caused by a compatibility issue between Windows Vista and Logitech QuickCam Messenger.
Logitech QuickCam Messenger was created by Logitech, Inc..
Recommendation
—————-
To search for similar devices that are compatible with this version of Windows, visit the Windows Vista Hardware Compatibility List website online.
However, it’s not totally out of hope for owner of Logitech QuickCam Messenger who has upgraded to Windows Vista. The following hack will use Windows XP driver (a common trick to use non Vista compliant device) to install the webcam in Vista:
  1. Download QuickCam 8.4.8 with driver for WinXP.
  2. Install WinRAR if not already installed yet.
  3. Open the setup installer qc848enu.exe and unpack its contents to a folder. Alternatively, right click on qc848enu.exe and select “Extract to qc848enu\” option.
  4. Insert or plug in the Logitech QuickCam Messenger to a USB port if not already done so.
  5. An “Driver Software Installation” icon in systray (notification area) should appear, which will pop up detailed message if click. It should fail, and “Add Hardware Wizard” dialog window will appear. Choose to install the driver manually by instructing the Wizard to locate and look for the web cam driver inside the Drivers folder under the unpacked folder of the qc848enu.exe setup program. You can use browser button to select the folder.
  6. Windows Vista should grab the XP driver and install it properly.
  7. Download the latest version (10.5.1) of Vista compliant QuickCam software from Logitech to install the software on Vista.
  8. Run the setup (qc1051enu) normally. You may need to skip the detection of webcam near the end of installation process.
Voila, you can now use the Logitech webcam to capture images or use it in conjunction with video chat in IM programs such as Windows Live (MSN) Messenger, AIM Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, Skype or run Logitech VideoCall.

i hope thist post can solve your problem

thank's
