DCP-135c all in one printer

Hi when i install the software its installed but it says scanner driver failed i have tried all the ways please help what is the problem my operating sysytem is window vista and printer is compatable with vista

    my brother dcp-135 all in one printer wont print . all that appears is the printer spool is not found. have tryed reloading originall printer disk and again printer and scanner drivers not found....

I guess you have connected the usb cable to a hub.

You have to connect the cable directly to a pc usb port.

In some cases you may need a new driver wich can be download from www.brother.com

Brother dcp 135c instalation just hangs and does not complete
first not need to connect usb cable .
First install the driver and software then restart the computer then connect usb cable to computer then if it need driver clik on no at this time .
then install from sleected location browse your folder then locate the driver folder then it install

I could not install my Brother DCP-135C MFL-Pro Installation. Because it could not detect USB cable. Please help.
It sounds like you may have plugged it in too early in the installation. Try uninstalling it and completely re-install, but don't connect the usb cable until the installation software tells you.

Lost the instaling cd for my brother dcp 135c
You can download drivers and software from brother website.

Download driver first.

Unplug printer usb before installing driver software, and start installation with printer usb cable unplugged.

Can't install DCP-135C drivers WinXP
Normal 0 Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
