Do you use the device in an environment where metal filings are present? This may have clogged the internal speaker in the device. Water or dirt will cause the same problem, though metal is most often the issue.

Try using a powerful magnet to draw out any metal stuck to the speaker surface or housing.

Cant hear when others call neither i can hear when i call but they can hear

Hello, the problem you are experiencing could be caused by two things,
1.Bad ear piece:this could be fixed by replacing the bad ear piece, you can get it fixed either by getting the ear piece parts from any phone accessories stores and fix it your self,or you visit a mobile phone engineer to fix it for you and your phone would work perfectly.
2.ear piece volume low:this could be fixed by dialling a number on your phone screen, then tap on the botton on the right side of your phone, ensure you tap the upper arrow to your desired volume level.
wish you good luck,
take care.

I'M WORKING ON MY XU2600 RADIO AND MY VOLUME CONTROL WILL NOT REACH MAXIMUM INTENSITY AFTER REPLACING MICROPHONE AND EAR PIECE JACK.IT'S LIKE IT ONLY HAS HALF THE VOLUME.ANY REMEDY? ALSO ANY SCHEMATIC...

Schematics were never offered for the XTN and CP100 line of radios. You may have a speaker or volume potentiometer issue. Check both of these items. If this is not the issue then your radio is possibly non-repairable. Low Rx volume is known to occur on some XTNs, usually in conjunction with running the radio at full volume for extended periods of time. This low Rx volume issue can be corrected about 50% of the time by a qualified service center.

Strawberry Chocolate low volume

if you have tried raising the volume while on a call and you still have the same trouble then I'm afraid your earpiece has failed and you will need to take it to a tech and have the earpiece replaced

Can't use earpiece...? (Motorola Razr)

Have you raised the volume while you are on a call as this is the only way the ear piece volume increases.
If this doesn't work then I'm affraid you have a faulty earpiece
