A friend of mine is having a problem with their Bamboo fun tablet. I was told it "Flickers on and off" when they try anything. They tried re-installing it, it never did get wet, and it was never dropped. Can someone tell us what could be wrong?

the same thing happend to me! i allsow bought the pen ep155ek...
it doesn't work with my bamboo fun pen&touch..

That happens to mine too! I might contact wacom, because i spent £100 on this!

Your tablet is set under the handwriting setting. Go to system preferences and select ink under hardware. Then turn off handwriting recognition.

Are you using your finger or the pen. I know that I was confused at first that it works only with your finger.

Otherwise unplug the usb table and close PSE and then replugin the tablet then restart the software. This will help fix problems with the eraser too.

i was just having the same issue. My tablet was working fine in Windows XP but couldn't install it in Windows 7. was getting the same error. Found the solution here ...hope it helps :)

look on the DVD sleeve that it disc came in..theres two stickers and they have the serial numbers on them. it took me forever too.

This is tricky ive dropped mine and it works perfectly, maybe it was too shaken tap the pen and the tablet a few times

look on the back of the tablet,were the bar code is. There will be a number about the bar code which is the modle number and the will be a number below that says S/N:______(what ever number you have) The S/N is the serial number.Hope this help I'm trying to install my Wacom as well
