MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player using the USB cable. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable to the MP3 player and the computer. You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will create a MP3 music file for each music track. The music file you loaded into your MP4 player is missing the license file. This usually occurs if you've download the song from iTunes - therefore you need to use iTunes to transfer that song to the player. Does it work with an iPod?
Well problem seems in the file format of the mp3 player, please let me know in which file format do you copy the songs into your mp3 player? make sure the file format is supported by your mp3 player. (when you play these files in windows media player it played because window media player played all(maximum) file formats.) post further comments for more information....
try hookin up to the computer USB Port, and see if there is a charging Icon On The MP4 Player. leave it hooked up to the computer for 2-3 hours, then try it.
if non of this works, the internal batterys dead.
you can get replacements for these if you need 1.
theres a lot of chinese companys, that supply replacement batterys as spares.
