The problem is in your antivirus software. Here's what you have to do, unplug your lan cable on your pc. turn off your antivirus software for a few minutes then delete your emails. This usually happens if your antivirus software has an auto protect feature. Regarding your audio problem, make sure that the drivers of your pc is properly installed. Check it out on the device manager. Download an updated software for your motherboard and restart your pc.
