Question about Philips 25PS40S 25" TV
I recently inherited a Phillips Model 25PS40S321 TV. I do not have a remote for this TV. The closed captioning is set and will not go away. From what I've found online, there is a CC button on the remote that controls this.
My question... is there a way to control the CC without a remote? The TV menu doesn't seem to have an option for CC. I just have a hard time believing that Phillips would only have this setting on the remote and not in the TV menu. Can someone help me turn off the CC?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
