I have the flicker of orange light, but no power. In the solution, how can you turn the printer off when it won't turn on in the first place?

  • Anonymous Feb 18, 2009

same problem here, orange flicker then nothing will turn on

The printer won't power up at all. The only indication that there is power is when you plug in or remove the adapter the light flicker orange. when it it plugged nothing comes on.

Not printing from computer to photo smart printer.

If the printer has full functionality with C4100 series driver, then keep the current driver.

If some of the functions is not working , then download updated drivers from HP website.

Try the steps mentioned in the link bellow:

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01369982&cc=us&lc=en&dlc=en&product=1141647

Try connecting the All-In-One directly to different outlets without any surg protector.
Even if this does not work then try with a new Power cable and Power adaptor and check.
