Put some towels dowm and tip the d/w over to one side about 45 degrees if water pours out of the base it means that the d/w is in "flood mode" and you have a leak into the base that will need resolving.

Dishwasher flash light blinging

Dishwasher lights flashing and blinking usually means some circuit or sensor problem > it will be helpful if you can provide the full dishwasher make and model number and specifically note which lights are blinking or flashing. Also try to turn the mains power connection to dishwasher off and back on to see if there is any difference in behaviour.

make this test and fix it. God bless you

Heating Element

If lights are flashing on the control panel, the heating element might have burned out. The heating element heats the water up to operating temperature. After a set amount of time if the temperature isn't reached a light on the control panel might start flashing. The heating element can be checked for continuity with an Ohm meter.

If the display lights are flashing and there is an error code in the display window, check the wiring diagram and tech sheet in the dishwasher that will provide information on the fault.

If lights are flashing on the control panel, the drain pump might not be working properly. For two-wire drain pump motors check them for continuity using an Ohm meter. If it's defective You'll need to replace it. Drain pumps are not repairable.

Touchpad

If the display lights are flickering for no reason, the touchpad might need to be replaced. Sometimes when the touchpad is defective the display lights are flashing randomly.

Is there a reset button on the dishwasher? if so, where?

Not sure what type of reset you are after. Is the dishwasher not responding to any panel switches.

Is the keypad locked, i.e., is the control lock light on? Then press Energy Saver Dry button for 4-5 secs.

Are some lights flashing and dishwasher will not start? Have you tried to turn mains power off and back on?

If you think the controller needs a reset, you could try this sequence of keys within 7-8 secs.
hi temp scrub/ energy saver dry/hi tempscrub/ energy saver dry/ hi temp scrub/ energy saver dry.

If the reset sequence has worked correctly, then all lights should light up. Press Cancel to exit from reset mode. I am assuming you have a users manual. If not then download from here.

QuietGuard3: Clean light flashing 7 times? Press Heated Dry, press Normal Wash, then press Heated Dry again and press Normal Wash again (that's 4 button-presses) and that should fix it.
