Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
When the phone is on nd asking for the "UNLOCK CODE" press the menu key in the center of the keypad , now the phone will be asking for the "SECURITY CODE" if you have not changed it then it should be 000000....now you can reset the unlock code back to the default

Tips for a great answer:
It should be the last four digits of the phone number on that phone. If it was changed, If you move the phone onto a different phone number the lock code will default to the last 4 digits of that phone number. Then move the phone back onto your phone number and it will be reset to the last 4 digits of your phone number.
