The PUK code can be provided by customer service for your particular service provider. It is free of charge. It locks the sim card. If you input the PUK code wrong too many times, it will deactivate your SIM, so be careful.

Puk code doesn't matter with the phone ( d900)...
this code is on the sim card that you are using not on the phone
