Question about GPX MW3837 MP3 Player
I cannot get my new MP3 player to do anything but on the screen is a bunch of 0's and NO FILE... I know the songs were loaded but they do not play...until I go on the computer...
I had this same problem. It turned out that I had MP4A files rather than MP3 files. Connect to PC and open the GPX as a folder and check properties for the files or if Vista the file type should show over the files. I converted the MP4a files to MP3 using a program called Switch.
There may be other problems that result in Nofile message but check out the file type and see if that could be the problem.
