KAREN, OPEN THE PRINTER UP SO YOU CAN SEE INSIDE AND LOOK FOR ANY INDICATION OF A PAPER JAM,,LOOK GOOD COULD BE A PIECE OF TORN PAPER STUCK SOMEWHERE..THANKS
no it is not wireless. The easiest way to make a printer wireless is to have a wireless router with a USB port. The fact that the printer says it's offline has nothing to do with whether or not you are online (internet) or offline. It just can't communicate with the printer. Have you tried power cycling the printer and your pc? Assuming it's USB, have you, by chance, unplugged in and replugged in into a different usb port?
In all due respect, I have known a couple of people who have placed their encoder strips back on their printers and had no problems with it working again.
