Check snap disc, little round silver disk with two wire going to them,should be about 4 or 5 on a goodman they have small reset buttons on the back of them, try this, and get back if it dont work, good day

Question edited for clarity, 'duck heater' to 'Ducted Heater'. I presume you are not heating ducks, quack quack? :>D
Try a Power Cycle, turn off at the mains for 5 minutes and then reconnect. It is gas though and needs servicing by a qualified gas technician. It has a fan and sensor to remove gas so it doesn't blow the house up when it ignites. Turn it off and don't use it.
These models require electrical power to run the blower fan.
When you connect the electrical cord, the fan should turn on, then you should be able to start / ignite the propane. if the fan does not turn on when you connect the power cord, you will not be able to ignite the propane.
When you say the heater is coming on does it actually ignite or is the motor just running until the safety circuit kicks it off? The air pump on you heater should blow at 3.5 to 4 psi which runs up to the nozzle which is a venturi which sucks the fuel out of the tank. The motor will generally run for 20 to 30 seconds trying to ignite. If the flame sensor does not sufficient flame during the time it shuts the motor off. Check these items and let me know what you find.
What usually causes that is the ignition component is not hot enough to sustain a hot enough temperature to keep the fuel burning some have a spark ignition some have a hot surface ignition,try replacing it and it should work fine.
1. Press and hold trip odometer reset button
2. Turn ignition key to run position KPII (not the start position)
3. Wait 30 seconds or until service light "!" begins blinking
4. Release Trip Odometer button
5. Turn ignition to off position
If that doesn't work try:
1. Press and hold trip odometer reset button
2. Turn ignition key to run position (not the start position)
3. Wait 30 seconds or until service light "!" begins blinking
4. Turn ignition to off position, the service light continues blinking
5. Release Trip Odometer button
i had the same problem it turned out to be an old regulator valve on the gas meter wasnt allowing enough gas to reach the heater. i had to have the gas comapny come out. they changed it for free.
