Have you looked at the manual yet?

I did a bit of online research, since I couldn't find the manufacturer's site. It seems this unit can have many problems from ice going where it's not supposed to be, from melting ice. That's because it does not have a freezer component, so the ice melts once the unit gets full. It's not hard ice either, so it melts faster.

So it apparently needs frequent maintenance, you need to use the ice often, I guess. You should unplug, do a good cleanup, drain, etc, start over.

The back of your user's manual usually has solutions to common problems.

Do the ice makers shut off automatically when full?

The icemaker has ice level sensor located inside the ice bin. Once ice cubes reaches the sensor, it cuts out automatically and starts once the ice level drops

The ice maker makes ice for awhile and then clogs up with ice. How can I prevent this?

It's possible that the system is either no longer sensing that its ice reserves are full (if I am reading your question correctly) or that the water supply to the icemaker isn't shutting off, instead slowly drip flowing over the ice cubes until they solidify into a continuous glacier. I recommend thawing the icemaking system out and cleaning everything up with a bleach-water mixture, then testing your sensor and water supply.

How do you get an icemaker in a subzero 650 refrigerator to stop making ice when the bin is full?

There should be a metal bar that flips when it hits the ice at a certain level. It should stop automatically. There is a problem with the sensor.

The ice maker stopped making ice one day

A typical problem with these is some type of bin sensor that tells the icemaker that the bin is full. it is usually some type of "arm" that shuts it off when the ice rises to a level that raises the "arm" to "kill" the icemaker

How do I control the amount of ice in the freezer? When I open the freezer door ice pours out onto the floor and in the freezer itself.

Hello,

That is going to a internal problem in the icemaker,is has a sensor that when it detects that the ice bin is full its supposed to cut off the icemaker so it doesnt overflow and continue making ice such as your experiencing. By replacing the icemaker it will shut off when the storage bin is full.
