Just loaded music on to new mp4 for 1st time. Now screen frozen with 'egg timer' symbol. Tried everything, even allowing charge to run out completely clicking buttons etc. No reset button.
All pocket money now gone!! Please help!
Sounds like a corrupted file the only thing you can do is complete format and start a gain

Mine is doing this thing were the screen will start flashin kinda and then it will be slow and freeze and then turn off, you may have gotten some steam or something along with those sorts inside of it,i had had mine in the bathroom and i think that might be the issue,or you could have a burnt wire,or maybe one of the wires has come lose, what i would recommend is to take the back off (the screws are rather easy to remove if you have a knife) and check to make sure the wires are connecting right, then i would let it sit out for a while with the back off to let it dry out if you did get steam or something in there, then after a while keep the back off but turn it on, if it is working then congrats :] then put the back back on and let it charge for several hours, that should help, thats what ive done with mine and it is working fine again. bye thanks :D
