I have a toshiba laptop satellite L25 - S121 when I turn the computer on it says PXE-E61: media test failure, check cable, PXE-M0F: exiting PXE ROM. then it finally says Operating System not found.
I have tried to use the recovery and applications /drivers DVD but nothing happens.
Is there anyone that can help me?

-   i added memory and replaced the hard drive. I went into the bios and it recognizes the new memory and hd. I also changed the boot order to: cd / hd / external device / network. This did not help. Does this mean it is the motherboard? Any other suggestions? Thanks...

Hey you try this.
Enter into BIOS, Disable SATA Support, if problem persists, change your Hard Disk, that is crashed. I had the same problem last month.

One day i turned it on and it went to a list of things to do, safe mode safe mode with networking etc. And it only works when i press safe mode with networking. My laptop has no cd drive or floppy disk drive or anything so i was wondering on how i could fix it, or re-install windows the easiest way without a cd. And i have tried system restore and other things many times but nothing has worked. I can go onto safe mode with networking and everything will work just fine except webcam, sound, etc. thanks
