Leaking from boiler

My coffee maker is leaking water (lots of it) from the boiler (the water goes down/out the machine). Already tried with a sealant around the boiler but water keeps coming out. I´m not sure if the sealant I used is the correct one just know it can take 1500ºC but I think it is not water resistant. I can try another one being water resistant but also don´t know if it is secure to seal it hard. Can anyone help me please? Thanks

Thanks for your help Pierre. Tried the epoxy glue (you are correct, we must be very handy) but after all that work the water is leaking from the screws! I´m not able to take screws out because they are really really stuck. Don´t know what else to do. Thanks. MMGms

Water started leaking from my Saeco Vienna. I called several repair places, all advise to change the boiler. Boiler is sold for $125, labor varies up to $150. Any other suggestions? The new machine is $400, Saeco offers $100 discount for trade-in old one. Is it worth to repair?

When pulling coffee by opening valve, water leaks from spindle. Safety valve is leaking?

in the system you have 2 safety valves. one for tank other for coffee boiler. the coffee boiler safety valve should be set at 12 bar. if safety valve of boiler is leaking try resetting or changing rubber than setting.
ps: do not touch the tank safety valve, only change it with new, tested and sealed one.

Why does steam wand on dualit espresso leak

The wand can leak if the rocker switch is not in the UP position.

In MIDDLE position it will try to deliver hot water.

In DOWN position it will try to deliver steam.

The thermoblock in this unit is actually a 3-way valve, of which two positions route water from the boiler directly to the wand. The 3rd position (UP) routes hot water (but not steam) from the boiler to the group head.

Try holding the switch in the UP position by hand when making coffee. If the machine still pushes water through the wand then you will have to replace the switch inside the machine that is activated by the rocker, or the valve it operates.

Please let me know how it goes.

Hi
You boiler is leaking. You need to replace the boiler. sorry. Your water hardness might be set to low if you have been descaling when it tells you to. Boilers usually last 7 to 10 years, but need to be replaced. If you need one let me know. I have some new and rebuilt boilers for that machine.

Coffee doesnt flow but water gathers in the drip pan instead.

Hi Your problem is probably the boiler leaking. Its located just above the drip tray in the center of the machine. When it starts leaking it goes into the drip tray or on the counter top. If you can remove the top, you can see if the boiler is leaking. There will be a white line between the 2 halves of the boiler.

HI
There are a lot of things that can cause the machine to leak.
You could have a fitting or tube that is broken.
You boiler could be leaking and needs to be replaced.
You could have a hose connection that has come loose.
You could have a bad seal at a connection.
Until you get inside you will not know? You might want to have someone look at it for you.
Scale is one of the major causes for machines to start leaking. Make sure that your water hardness is set on 4, so you descale more often than not enough, to prevent leakage in the boiler.

Saeco Magic Deluxe water leak

Hi Boilers leaking are usually a sign of not descaling enough. It is not recommended to take apart your machine unless you have knowledge in electronic repair. There are a lot of wires and hoses.
Once the boiler starts leaking it needs to be replaced. email me for directions since it won't fit on this page.

When I make coffee, there is water leaking probably from the drain, even after I changed the seals with new ones.

there are several places where this machine can leak. Check all the connecting hoses from the boiler , they are just clicked in by holder pins.
Even the seal in the boiler itself can be worn.
Follow this link for diagram and parts ( unfortunately in spanish sorry for that)
SAECO VIENNA SA

Oh by the way the seal on the spout which goes into your brew group can be damaged too. Check that first
