I have the same problem, whem zoom is bigger tham 100mm the photo stay with horizontal lines

Hi,
I have the same problem and I noticed that it only happens when the zoom is greater than 2.8X (about 90mm). When it happens, I don't hear the shutter click, so I know the picture will come out lined/over exposed. It sounds like the shutter gets stuck when the zoom is greater than 2.8X. Any idea of how to unstick the shutter? For wide angle to 2.8X, it works fine!
