Eratic printing of colour pages

My HP colour laserjet 4500 is printing in colour only every 15 or so pages. It has only just started doing this, before it was completely fine, though had not been used for a couple of weeks
I have the same problem.

probably needs an alignment test as well as a colour check.

Failing that try using a new ink cartridge.
