I did call Cuisinart and they told me to unplug the unit for at least a half hour. I did unplug it for an hour and then attemptedd to reset the clock and a program. It worked. Evidently, it becomes confused if you try too many attempts.

My clock does not work on my stove

Hi Jason. Have you performed the following actions?
Electronic Timing Center (Analog Clock w/Digital Display)
Synchronizing the analog and digital clocks
1. Press the "timer" and "start time" buttons simultaneously.
2. Turn the set knob to move the hands on the analog clock to any time setting.
3. After five seconds the display will go blank. Press the timer button and using the set knob, set the digital time to the exact time on the analog clock. This will synchronize the two clocks. You can now set the time of day.
Setting the Time-of-Day
The time-of-day must be set before any other program can be used. When your oven is first connected to the power in your home, the digital display will show 00:00. To program the time-of-day:
1. Push and hold the "timer" and "bake hours" button at the same time.
2. Turn the "Set" knob until correct time is displayed on the digital clock.
3. Release "timer" and "bake hours" button
The analog clock will automatically set after the digital time is set

Let me know so that I may follow up if need be.

Hagar EG103 timerswitch when i set a program it says on but it has not switched on

Check if programs have conflict, such as ON at Monday, but OFF all days of week.
Check if wiring is correct: The imput voltage does not put power to the switching terminals. Add a jumper wire from input terminal 3 to COM terminal 6.
Check load rating of timer vrs load rating. For example 2300 watts maximum incandescent and halogen, but 400 watt fluorescent tubes, and max 500 watt CFL.
Some timers have minimum watt requirement, but is not apparent in the manual.
If timer clock keeps time, and can be set, then timer input is wired correctly with correct voltage

Hi - My Intermatic T101P3 timer motor stops after it turns off the pool pump. I have one start and one stop time in a 24 hr period. I have to manually start the pump at the timer in the morning,...

Sounds like the clock leads are on the wrong posts, or at least the hot one is. If if was moved to the load side then manually starting the timer will also power up the clock motor. As soon as the clock trips the off timer, the pump and the clock motor are both off. Examine the clock leads to the wiring diagram inside the clock box cover to ensure they are connected correctly. I bet you'll find one of the wires is misplaced.

I answer questions for free.
I know timers and electrical devices, and have tested most of the brands.
You posted under the Woods 7-day timer 59018 or 59028.
Here is the manual:
http://waterheatertimer.org/pdf/Woods-59018-59028.pdf

There are several programmable timers today that look like Woods, and each brand has different programming.

If you do not have Woods, add a comment and I will walk through programming your brand

1) You have the clock set correctly which implies the wiring is correct. Good job!
2) Programming review:

For example you set Program1 ON 5:00PM for ALL days.
And then you set Program1 OFF 11PM for ALL days.

3) Programming steps:
Press PROG button until Timer 1 ON appears on display
Use Hour button to set 5 PM
Use MIN button to set :00
Default selects ALL days
(If you want other days, press DAY button until display shows correct block of days)
Press PROG button again to save Program1 ON

4) Now for Program1 OFF

5) To set Program1 Off
Press PROG button until Timer 1 OFF shows in display.
Use Hour button to set 11 PM
Use MIN button to set :00
Default selects ALL days
(If you want other days, press DAY button until display shows correct block of days)
Press PROG button again to save Program1 OFF

6) Program 1ON and Program1 OFF have been set ... so press the CLOCK button to return to current time.
If you want to set another program, press PROG button until Timer 2 ON displays

7) After setting programs, press Clock button so current time shows.

8) The manual shows one more thing ... if you program the timer during the hours 5-11pm, and the timer should be ON during those hours, you have to 'tell' the timer to turn ON by pressing the manual override ... after that the timer will operate normally.

After cussing at the thing for a while to get its attention,
I thought the problem over and fixed it as follows:

I went into the setup menu and selected the "reset default option. The set went to blue screen. The next step was to rescan the channels. Then in the time setup menu I turned off the automatic time update. So far have not had any more problems.

Setting the delay on the oven

To correctly proceed you have to know the format the timer program is working in. SO you need to know
1Time format IE 12 hour AM - PM or 24 hr military time 2If a day, date is required M-Sun...or IE Sat 12th of March...(some times this is not a peramiter needed)

With the clock and calendar set the delay time should require a "timed mode setting" prior to being able to set the timer. Once in this mode you will have 1 of 3 ways to set the time delay depending on how the timer is set up to read your instructions. .
1 the actual time of day it is to start (set in actual clock time like the equalivant of 3:05 PM or if in military time, 24hr clock 15:05) or 2 the actual delay time until the program is set to start (again set in hours and minutes 2:10 = 2 hours and 10 minutes from now) 3 also is the stop time, when you want to program to end (also set in the format the timer is programed to recieve instructions)

Also the calendar could be waiting for input as to which day to start the program

Alarm clock radio feature

Before you do anything else, Cancel the Timer setting, which is activating the machine to start Playing in the afternoon. You will need the machine's Remote for this. On the Remote, Press TIMER repeatedly, while pressing SHIFT, till the Clock Symbol disappears from the Front Display. Now if you have to reset the Timer to play the machine at a different time - early morning, as you desire, follow these steps. First You have to make sure that the clock is set to the correct Time.Is it? Fine. If it is not, read trhe Owner's Manual and set it to the correct Time. Take note that you mark the AM or PM funtion properly. After the time is set correctly, You gotta set the clock to Switch On the set at a designated time in the morning. Follow the "Setting the Timer" instructions in the Manual to do so. Please do make the effort. I am here to help you, but I also do not encourage spoon feeding. You havta to some work yourself too. If you are still unable to do so, mail me at guptapravin@hotmail.com, and I shall send you step - by - step instructions Good Luck!
