The machine washes well but does not dry completely on the first run (even when set to extra dry). It needs two runs of drying - three in the case of towells - I knew I should have bought a Miele (the saving in price is no substitute for sattifaction

Your filter may be clogged Disconnect the AC plug Remove the bottom front access panel (3 screws on bottom front lip) there you will see the filter access , have rags ready for extra water ,check the pump impellers that they freely move.

Most all dryers, including combo washer/dryers, have an electric wire coil for a heating element. I suspect yours has given up ( they usually break in two, stopping the electrical flow). You should need to have the element replaced. Going to need to take the whole machine apart to fix this. Be blessed.
check your dryer venting from the machine to the outside vent,if they are plugged it will not dry properly, then make sure you have good air flow to vent on machine,if not dismantle and clean lint from inside machine, these are inexpensive fixes, then it could be a cycling switch or the humidity sensor bar that needs replace
I just contacted Samsung Tech Support for my wash/dryer combo WD-J1255C. The reply.."it is not a full dryer ...and it is not sold as a full drier.. and don't expect it to be completely dry". I queried why it is advertised as a dryer and got the same reply. Its a great washer but why did I pay extra for the dryer combo?
ok there, first the clothes must come out off your washer well spun,or dryer will work extra hard/long.next you dry a load with out ducting to elimanate your house venting[you wont hurt a thing]most off the time thats it![house]if still bad and you know your dryer is cleaned out then its an electrical problem.will go ther after you check the above.God bless.please help with my ratings if i have be helpful, tom
Have you tried lengthening the dryer cycle or running it at a higher temp? The usual culprit for wet clothes is not running a dryer long enough or hot enough. (I remember some stand-alone dryers (coin-operated with a fixed drying time per coin) that needed two cycles to dry stuff.
If you are drying your towels outside they will always be hard no matter what you try........ Drying them in the dryer is the only solution to that problem........ I have tried everything else and the dryer is the only thing that works..... Hope this helps
