You have to give me the model number of your device (e.g. 6230 nokia) and the IMEI code which is located behind the battery on the back of the phone. Is is also needed the network that it's locked too, for example t-mobile.

For unlocking your phone you need to enter any random 5 digit code.The security will get blocked and will ask for a puk code. Then you have to call your service provider from other handset for the puk code.Apply the code and all passwords will get refreshed.
The fastest way to unlock the code is to connect the phone to the USB socket and use password cracker to unlock the code.
You can do this on your own.Try to find or borrow a USB cable to your phone and google search the software.
If you take the phone to a mobile service repair shop they will do this for you for a little price.
