Sounds like a carb issue...make sure you have fresh ,clean gas.You havent got water in your carb/tank have you? I would start by taking the carb apart and give it a really good clean.Check all jets and orifices.Another words, take apart anything in the carb that you can, clean and replace.
You probably need to adjust the air/fuel mixture screws. Sounds like its running a little too rich. When you first start the engine, is the idle speed real low? If it is, then this is more evidence that its running rich
check if ur gas line is workin rite take off tank, off n on 'switch if not that clean ur carb i had same problem clean off n on switch on gas tank if that aint problem ur carb is clogg some weres or just dirty
DOES THE CYLINDER HAVE LOW COMPRESSION. IT SHOULD BE SOMEWHERE AROUNT 100-130 PSI AND NO MORE THAN 15% DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO CYLINDERS. IF IT IS LOW, A REBUILD IS GOING TO BE REQUIRED. IF IT IS OK THAN CHANGE THE PLUGS AND DO A CARB CLEANING AND SYNC THEM.
