Hi im naren and when i connect my mouse to the usb drive of my laptop the messages comes tat unable to recognize the new hardware.whats the solution to this problem.
Check the USB properties if there are some errors at Control Panel> System> Device Manager> USB device. Install the compliment CD driver for USB devices. Also try placing the mouse into other USB port(s). Update your OS as necessary for device patches and if there's a need to install driver for the said mouse please install then.. Hope thos helps.
