Question about Lexmark X63 InkJet Printer
I simply changed the ink cartridge and the message went away. Don't know why it was happening, but the frustrating this was the ink cartridge had a ton of ink left.

Unfortunately this "solution" doesn't get rid of the add left/right cartridges message... As a rep @ Lexmark said, it's most likely defective hardware...
sorry for being the bad news bearer, i was just told the same thing about my barely used printer.... ridiculous, the quality of nowaday electronics is beyond cheapness....

Try clearing the print queue under printer preferences and then try turning unit off and wait, then on again to reset it.
