My Cyon asked for my pin code 3 times and i do not know why. Now it is asking for my PUK code 10 times. I am Korea and speak english so it is hard for me to get help. Where can I find the PUK code. What does it mean? Will my phone go back to normal?

Hard Reset is the only way. If it was asking for a SIM Lock or PUK Lock, that can only come from your cellular provider. They locked it and only they can unlock. Usually reported stolen :>)

Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.

If this phone was purchased and was issued from a service provider in Korea- as this is the LG brand for Korea, then you must ask for the unlocking pin from the service provider.

PUK is the property of your SIM card. If you enter wrong SIM PIN no. 3 times then you'll be asked to enter PUK code and if you enter wrong PUK code 10 times then your SIM could be deactivated.
Usually PUK is written in the intial SIM card package by your carrier.

You will need to speak to someone from your carrier to get/reset your PUK code.

PUK codeand PIN Code: Pleasedon't try more than 3 times.If you try more than 3 times the Sim will getlocked.And it will ask for PIN code.Both these PUK and PIN code can be givenonly by the network service provider. Please call the network service providerof your mobile.And ask him to provide the PUK code or PIN code.He will ask yousome basic details like name,date of birth for his verification.And hewill provide you the PUK and PINcode.This is done for free of cost.

If you enter the pin number 3 times wrong, your phone will be blocked and it asks for puk code.

If you enter puk code 10 times wrong, your phone asks puk2 code and says rejected..

so, to know the puk code, contact your customer service number from your friend mobile, and ask for the puk code..
They will definetly give you the puk code after getting some details like your last recharge amount and the number behind your sim..

WHen it asks for PIN, give it wrongly for 3 times and make it to ask PUK, ask the operator for PUK for your number and unlock it

PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times,
This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUK if PIN is blocked...

if you provide PUK code wrongly for 10 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM

you have to call your phone provider or stop in one of their stores to change your pin

HOLD ON!
You may enter wrong PIN three (3) times only. After that your PIN will be blocked! To unblock, you need PUK. You can only enter wrong PUK ten (10) times. (This is as documented) After entering correct PUK, you will be asked for NEW PIN.

So, when it says "PIN blocked. Enter PUK code", you must enter the PUK. If you correctly enter the PUK, it will asked for new PIN, by asking "Enter new PIN code:". Enter anything you want as your PIN. You will be asked to enter it twice (two times).
From what I read from your post, you have done correctly, but you don't want to enter new PIN. There is no way SIM card/phone will use old PIN. The device doesn't know your PIN. So, you have to enter new PIN.
