every time i turn on my thinkpad t40 it says error 0200 fixed diskette error

Hi. I have a toshiba satellite A15 series. When I cut the cpu on, I get a disc error and it requires me to press ctrl+alt+del. When I do this, nothing happens, it just goes back to the disc error. Can you help? email: haston123@hotmail.com.

WizYour hard drive crashed. They're fairly easy to replace. Ebay has great deals on 40 and 60 gb hard drives.

bueno a mi me pasa el error 0200 me aparece error 0200 Failure Fixed Disk me podrian ayudar para ese error aun no lo e solusionado mi correo es luisalberto_38_24@|hotmail.com por fa si saben ayudeme es una acer apire
