For a Bosch washing machine, Error 13 is pumping time exceeded. So, in general, the issue is pump related. Things to check would be if the pump is blocked (it can be cleaned out if you can get the service door in the front panel off), check the wiring connections to the pump, and check the drain hose to make sure it is not blocked.

2000 Buick Century. Put in a replacement radio/cd/casset player. Radio works, clock works, but CD and casset do not. The message comes up E 13. What does this e code mean?

if its a radio shack radio, it means E13 means "Tape Communication Error". It is caused by the
microprocessor reading speed pulses from the tape deck either too fast, most other makes mean about the same thing, normally a stuck tape will cause this code to show up, either that or the drive gear that loads and unloads the tape is broken, cracked, or jammed

E13 code means Pressure switch Fault

To check :- Remove Plug First ( Remember Safety First )
The pressure switch is at the top, its move likely to be a blocked pressure bottle, which is under neath the tub accessed via the rear bottom access panel 3 to 4 screws. the bottle is on the side of the filter with a small clear tube going up to the pressure switch. Clean this bottle out.
