Question about Dell Latitude D600 Notebook
When turning on my Dell D600 the key light that has an "a" in the middle of it flashes. It will flash a few times then the computer shuts down. The battery is fully charged plus its plugged in. Any suggestions?
The problem is one of the RAM. By removing one RAM at a time, you'll be able to identfy which RAM is bad.

I had this problem before. Replace the RAM and it should be fine. No need to replace the motherboard.

Try to go to bios, If you can not go to bios, then its a motherboard issue, You need to replace the motherboard..
