I want to add video songs via sonic stage but they are not added..

Hi,

The NWZ-S616F Walkman Player is not transferring the music using the SonicStage Software. Sony old Walkman player was using the SonicStage Software for transferring the files. You can use Windows Media Player 11 or higher, Media Manager for Walkman, Content Transfer Software or Windows Explorer for transferring the files to the Player.
Click here and select the operating System to download the Software for transferring the files.

Thanks for using FixYa.

I CAN NOT PLAY THE MP3 SONGS OR OTHERS. WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

Hi,

The NWE503 Walkma player is compatible only with the ATRAC3/ATRAC3+ and MP3 songs. These songs format will work only when transferred through the supplied SonicStage Software. You can download the latest version of the SonicStage Software from here
Transferring the songs using the SonicStage Software will resolve the issue.

GoodLuck!!

Use Windows Media Player to delete them:

The instructions in these pages, which are largely links, pertain to Windows Media Player 10 and 11 only.

Windows Media Player is made by Microsoft. The general help page for Windows Media Player is:

Important Vocabulary:

The code word for “mp3 player” in Windows Media Player is “DEVICE” or “portable device”

The code word for adding files is “SYNC,” “syncing,” or “synchronizing”

The code word for copying files from CD is “RIP,” or “ripping”

The code word for files stored on both My Computer and my Mp3 player (when it is connected to the computer) is “LIBRARY”

Sony NW A3000 Walkman

Follow these steps- - Open the Sony Walkman from "My Computer". - Open the folder inside, then delete all the "DAT" files. - Open the second foler which is inside the first foler and delete all these files. - Close that and then open up "SonicStage" - Now delete all the files from your library, but, DO NOT delete them from your computer. - Now import all the songs again and it should pick up the device and start to transfer with no problems. I have done this with my Sony Walkman and it now works. If you experiance more problems contact me at mckinley2006@hotmail.co.uk
