This is a bad drive. I'd replace it immediately before trying anymore disks lest it damage the disks. Usually this occurs when there is a read error. It is also possible there is a disk stuck in the drive, jammed inside, the sensors, sensing the second disk automatically ejects the one you put in. Either way remove the drive and replace it with a PS3 replacement drive. (Note a way to test if it's a bad bluray lense is to stick a DVD in the drive. If it accepts the DVD and plays, then it can only read the DVDs and not the blu ray disks. If this is the case you've blown the blu ray laser, it still needs to be replaced.) If all else fails take it to a tech place and have them diagnose the problem.
I am the Console Guru part of a six man team that repair PS3's - Xbox 360's and Wii's

The best thing is you get to keep your PS3 guide for life so if somthing goes wrong in the future you can just review your guide and fix it.
it can be 1 of 2 things. 1) either u need a dvd cleaner disc that will clean your ps3 lazer for you or 2) your ps3 system and/or game disc is defected.
Keep in mind you'll need a special T10 Hex screwdriver with a security hole like THIS one. Otherwise you'll have to break / pry off the top cover of the PS3.
OH but I just remembered. If you have a flatblade screwdriver that's just the right size you can jam it into the security screw and unlock it that way as well, but be carefull you could strip it!
Here's a guide that will help you out the rest of the way.
One more thing, guide doesn't include how to open the top of the console but it's common sense. Just unscrew all of the top screws ;)
must open unit. very hard to do. have to have security bit set. remove lid open the dvd housing. make sure not to release the spring loaded dvd take up.
hold in ps button on controller, switch off system and restart or quit the game and go to the ps3 main menue, eject it from the menu by going to options on the cd, dont do it manually especially with a ps3 game, it only really works with a dvd.
