Question about Lexmark X4270 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I can not print, scan or fax from my computer. I was wondering if it had something to do with compatability with my compac wf1907 home vista computer.
Yes, this just might be the issue!! Many printer manufacturers now have to cope with the new vista OS and produve drivers to suit this. Download the vista driver fo your printer off lexmark website. Befor this, jsut check to see if the printer preferences is checked to work offline or something similar. Sometimes a little setting is all that is the problem.

A quick fix for most communication errors can be
achieved by resetting the printer and/or rebooting the PC. Simply disconnect
the printer from your computer. Reboot your pc. Unplug and re-plug the printer
