Anyone know the problem/solution to this? Mine just started doing this tonight. I unplugged all connections, and even let it sit for probably at least a good half hour with the power cord out too. Upon plugging it back in and throwing the switch back to the on position, the power light does not go on (on the back), but the lights on the front of the unit illuminate for KVM ports 4, 8, 12, 16, and the LAN - LINK; L.E.D.'s... This is regardless of the fact that nothing is plugged into the unit except the power cord... I am really hoping the unit is not fried! I also know it's not the (external) fuse, because I popped that out just to double check and ofc the unit wont 'attempt' to power on whatsoever with no (or a blown) fuse. It also may be worth noting that the two fans in the rear do also still spin up too.
I believe there is a reset button somewhere on that unit that you can press to just do a quick reset of it. If you hold that button down, you should be able to reset the settings on it, including your password. Hope this helps.
