I have a m500 phone, don't know if the same options work on the m300 but the way to access pics and videos on my phone and put them on your PC is: connect the phone with the data USB cable to computer, (ignore it when the new hardware pop up happens), on the phone Press Menu, then 9 for Tools, then 1 for Mass storage, then 1 to connect to PC. Then on your PC go to My Computer: the phone now show up under the Removal Storage section, same as any camera or flash drive.

I cannot pair the SPH-M300 phone with my laptop using the PIN code 0000, how do I establish the PIN code of the handset?

When you turn the bluetooth on and try to pair the laptop and the phone, the phone should automatically ask you for a passcode. You could try pairing the other way around, instead.

Download pics fm Samsung SPH-M300 to PC

guide line to download pic to your PC.

Question...do you have a cable for your pone or a blue tooth device?if you do have any of the two, good.
but if you don't,please try and get one.

If cable,...first plug in the cable to your phone and plug the other end to your PC.

If your have an installation CD better, just install and you will see guide line to it.

Without the CD.....After connecting both sides,on your PC it will show you where you can access your files from.you can then transfer what ever pics you want to download...
In some cases, it might not work without your installation CD.but you can still download the installation CD on the net.......
