Sir. what is the deffective parts of sharp fx200m no power. & also sharp has a half screen .ty.

Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here.
Low output voltage cones from the SMPS section [Power supply regulator section] is the problem to your TV.
Check and replace damaged component/s at its horizontal scan output section circuit. Check the LOT (Line Output Transformer) too for damage. Replace the horizontal scan output transistor. Check the input voltage to LOT. If the voltage is absent check the feeder resistor; if any. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts.

Why does the relay in my RCA TV click on then off when the power button is pressed? Isn't the 220v at the horizontal output too high when just plugged in ?

I don't have your previous question but rest assured that diodes do not reduce voltage
their soul purpose in electronics is to act as a one way valve for current flow
they flow from positive to negative but stop reverse current negative back to positive ( hence their application on a rectifier bank to change ac current into dc current)
Resistors drop voltage by dropping current flow

Two possible faults:
1. Fault to the main power supply regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician.
2. Surf the site with patience. Any short circuit at the horizontal output section circuit will shut down all the secondary SMPS voltages, as there is short circuit protection circuit to all Sony TVs.

If the power supply regulator section work properly, check and replace damaged component/s at its horizontal scan output section circuit. Check the LOT (Line Output Transformer) too for damage. Replace the horizontal scan output transistor. Check the input voltage to LOT. If the voltage is absent check the feeder resistor; if any. Kv-36hs500 quit working and red light flashes 10 yrs old

This is an indication that you have a problem on the power supply section or on the load because of the following reasons :

1. Over Voltage - the regulator might be cycling on over voltage due to lack of load.

2. Over Current Protection - excessive load or faulty power supply cycling will

trigger the over current protection circuit.

3. High voltage - there might be an excessive high voltage or some other system detecting an out of regulation condition. However, in this case, there should be some indication that the deflection and HV is attempting to come up - momentary whine, static on the screen, etc.

4. Leaky Capacitor - a dried up main filter capacitor or other filter capacitor in the low voltage power supply that is producing an out-of-regulation condition. A bad filter capacitor on the output of a series regulator may result in excessive/drop of voltage causes your unit not to power up unless isolated.

5. A problem with the microcontroller, relay or its driver, or standby power supply.

This is not DIY and quite technical so I've advice you to look for a qualified technician or send it to repair shop to isolate the problem.

Pictures shrinks.. Panasonic TC-20LM Television

Shrinking picture is a voltage regulation problem in the switch mode power supply, Possibly a cap used in the feedback circuit. Or an over current condition on the B+. This is a very tech intense repair because there is no magic bullet. If it is shrinking on bright scenes then you can bet it is a regulation problem, bright scenes draw more current from the power supply causing this effect. I would not suspect the horiz output because the regulation for this circuit usually comes from the main switch mode power supply. One diagnostic is to monitor the B+ going to the horizontal output and see if it fluctuates. If so you can bet it is a cap or optical coupler in the switch mode circuit.
