I've had this a couple of times. Bit of a pain the black & white 250's for this fault.
Basically when you change the drum (and dev) you need to go into service mode anf run an F7 asap.
If the machine doesn't allow you to run an F7, you need to go into counters and reset the drum/dev one.
Bit of a pig cos all you're hearing is 'bee-bo-bee-bo'!
