- My tape deck powers up fine , the tape draw operates properly but when i try to play a tape or try to rewind or fast forward it just makes a clicking noise! Any ideas??

The cassette tray on my TEAC R-H500 came out of the "slot." How do I put in back in?

The belts will have failed. You will need to replace them for the deck to be reliable. If you are mechanically minded I can talk you through it... You giving me a FixYa rating will help my profile and loosen my lips on how to overhaul your deck. :)
