Question about Breadman TR2200C Ultimate Bread Maker

Power I used the machine this morning and the machine worked fine.  This afternoon, when I plugged in the machine, no beep, nothing on the readout.  Thought it was the outlet, tried another, no luck.

Mine was dead on delivery. (gift). I tried all the reset hints to no avail. I ended up taking the board off and running a dental pick along the solder joints of the two micro chips and it came to life. Must have been some solder touching

Went thru a complete dough cycle, Turned the machine off. Cleaned the bucket, then went to start another batch. Nothing, no beeps, no lights. Is there a reset?

This happened to me also. What worked for me was to unplug the machine and wait at least an hour, then plug back in. It may reset for you. Good luck

Forgotten how to turn it on. It seems to be set on timer. Oops

push stop button for a few seconds until it beeps or the readout changes. unplug,,,,,plug back in....push "Select" or "menu" button depending on which machine you have....push again and again until the program you want is on the display or readout. Then push the "start" button ....Don't push any timer buttons or arrows!

Have you tried holding down the stop button for 4-5 seconds until it beeps or the readout changes?
That usually works with most machines.

Timer is working but the motor (that spins the piece to make the dough) does not. Is there any security fuse ? Thanks Michel

Hi michel amor

If you are using the timer nothing will happen until the time you set for the breadmaking process to begin occurs. In other words if it 8 am and you want your bread several hours later then your bread machine will do nothing until several hours later. If you don't want to use the timer and you just want to be sure that your paddle turns and kneads the bread go ahead and push the stop button and hold it down until it beeps. Unplug your machine, then plug it back in. Then do this:
----push select
----choose your program ( for example choose #1 basic)
---choose your crust color
----choose your loaf size 1.0, 1.5, or 2.0 pounds
----push the start button
----your machine will start mixing with the paddle
----if your machine is cold it may warm up for about 15 -20 minutes but it will start mixing within 1/2 hour.........hope all this helps

How do I reset any settings back to default?

Push the stop button until it beeps or the readout changes or it turns off (machines are different in how they respond) Once you detect that your machine has responded I recommend you unplug it and it should be ready to reprogram the next time you want to use it.

By unplugging your machine you probably engaged the power failure safety device. You need to clear your programs by pushing the "stop" button until it beeps or the readout changes, (this usually only takes about 5-8 seconds. Then push program, choose the program you originally wanted and push "start". Please let m know if this works for you.

My timer won't turn off

You do have a power failure back-up memory feature that may be involved in your problem. Try pushing Stop until your machine beeps or the readout changes , usually under 10 seconds. Then unplug your machine and plug it back in. Then try putting in the program you want again. Please let me know if this works....Thanks!

Sunbeamm 5833 beeping continuously when plugged in. Getting EE Error and won't allow you to reset. Temperature is fine.

Recommend you replace your unit with a good used machine if you want to save money or buy a new one. Many good used machines are on ebay and some new ones. I have several for sale this week. The auctions end Sunday. One of them is an almost new sunbeam.
