Document in queue with "Waiting to print" then doesn't

Log says result is okay but with 0 pages

I have a problem in canon ir5000i the problem is the printer is not print a document printer generate error waiting to print so, how to solve this problem

Prints blank pages and gibberish


You may have to shut down the printer completely, including disconnection of power. When you reapply power, the printer should be indicating it is offline so you will have to put it online again.

Printer won't accept new color cartridge. Keeps saying "Check your color cartridge." When we do and press okay it sends the same message


We need to check few things here and for that we need a test page


Make sure your printer is ON and unplug the power cord

Now Press and Hold OK and Cancel button at the same time and while holding them plug in the power cord

Once the printer turns on it will say "Derive Clear"

Now press the Right arrow until you see " Service Menu"

Hit Ok here

Now look for print 10 tap test

Hit ok

It will print a test page


Now look at Line 66

And let me know the STAT value it can be 0, 1 or 2

0- Cartridge fine - problem with printer

1- Problem with cartrdige

2- Check the tape on the cartridge

I would like to print a transmission report for a document that I just sent.


Hi

You can print a log of faxes that have been received and sent by the device. Each
entry in the log contains the following information:
• Transmission date and time
• Type (whether received or sent)
• Fax number
• Duration
• Number of pages
• Result (status) of transmission
To print the fax log from the device control panel please follow the directions below
1. Press Setup.
2. Press right arrow to select Print Report, and then press OK.
3. Press right arrow to select Fax Log, and then press OK.
4. Press OK again to print the log

I have a Windows printer set up for the Ricoh 12332C. Jobs are sent and clear the queue, but do not print. They appear to be accepted by the Ricoh - they show in the job history log, but they do not print...


Usually the setting of yout network with your copier/printer setting is mismatched so your printer.copier did not understand. What you can do you should check the system setting of your copier/printer and print it out then you should find the driver of your printer/copier in the add printer hardware secrtion in control panel of your computer network . Before you reinstall it , you should uninstall the previous driver so there is no conflict when you reinstall new driver . Try it

Printer problem - HP Photosmart 8150


If the printer cannot print or move any paper, follow these steps to display the Event Log. Otherwise, print the Event Log.

1. Press Menu until INFORMATION MENU appears.
2. Press Item until SHOW EVENT LOG appears. Press Select to show the Event Log.
3. Press - Value + to scroll through the Event Log.
4. Write down the error messages.

If you see a 52.X error then this indicates the following:

0 Laser/Scanner Error
1 Laser/Scanner Startup Error
2 laser/Scanner Rotation Error

ACTION:

1. Press GO. The page containing the error will automatically be reprinted.
2. Turn the printer off, and then turn the printer on.
3. Reseat the cables fort the Laser / Scanner Assembly.
4. Replace the Laser/Scanner Assembly

An extra page with al the details about the page is being printed


Does this happen when you print a test page ?


What programs does this happen from?

Microsoft office... ect.. Try printing from a different program, and let us know if the extra page of details prints or if it is just one program

I receive code 1203 after changeing cartridge


Try the following link - http://support.lexmark.com/perl/support/support.cgi?ccs=229:1:0:0:0:0

1. Enter your printer model
2. On the following page under "Search the KnowledgeBase" enter the text "error 1203"
3. From the results select "Troubleshooting a 1203 Error Message on the Lexmark X5450/X5470"
4. Follow the directions there and see if it solves your issue.

If not, you may want to try calling Lexmark Customer support.

ex. 8.5 X 12 "
set the paper length programatically by using following command

?? chr(27)+chr(67)+chr(0)+chr(12)
