This is entirely software based.
The stub app is part of the software that helps the computer/laptop communicate with the printer.
My first bit of advice would be to go to HP's support site and download the new software or re-install the software from HP website HP LaserJet P2035 Printer
Please note when I say re-install I mean uninstall the older software first and then re-install the new downloaded software.
In Windows Vista/7 (Click on the start button).
In the search box type in programs and features (look above and select uninstall a program).
Select every single bit of software related to HP Laserjet and uninstall this one by one.
Download the software from the link above, restart the computer and re-install the Hp Printer software (Do not keep the printer plugged into the computer or powered on).
